Do not rush into the device.
We identify what should be left untouched, copied, documented, or isolated before any attempt is made.
In-person assistance in Lugano
CryptoRestore helps heirs and families understand, preserve, and handle digital assets. Your seed phrase is never revealed, shared, photographed, or sent. You perform every operation yourself, with calm technical guidance at your side.
Start with what you found
Most clients arrive with an object, a note, an email, or a memory that someone in the family had crypto. The first step is not to “recover everything.” The first step is to understand what exists, what must be preserved, and what should not be touched.
A Ledger, Trezor, BitBox, or similar device appears in an estate, but the PIN, seed phrase, or next step is unclear.
02A handwritten seed phrase may be the most sensitive item in the case. It should not be typed, photographed, or sent.
03Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, or other exchange traces may require documents, 2FA context, and patient technical coordination.
04A laptop, phone, USB stick, or old backup may contain clues. The priority is to avoid overwriting or destroying evidence.
05If access exists, we can guide the technical steps the client performs: verification, new wallet setup, and safe movement.
06Some cases can be handled, some need a specialist, and some should stop early. Clear limits protect the client.
Method
We identify what should be left untouched, copied, documented, or isolated before any attempt is made.
We separate hardware wallets, seed phrases, exchange accounts, wallet files, passwords, and estate documents.
Where useful, we prepare notes that the client can share with their lawyer, fiduciary, accountant, or family.
Every click, confirmation, import, login, or transfer is performed by the client. CryptoRestore does not operate assets.
If treatable, we guide the technical path. If it requires hardware attacks, legal action, exchange escalation, or tax advice, we stop and indicate the right specialist category.
Before you contact anyone
Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet files, passwords, ID documents, or photos of recovery sheets by email, chat, form, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
The first conversation should describe the situation only: what kind of object or clue exists, who controls it, and what has already been tried.
Boundaries
Who the session is for
CryptoRestore is not an intermediary for third-party assets. If a lawyer, fiduciary, executor, or family adviser is involved, they may coordinate with the client, but the technical session remains with the person who physically controls the device, seed phrase, account material, or wallet files.
Advisers can receive the client’s technical summary when the client chooses to share it. CryptoRestore does not act on discretionary instructions to access, move, sell, or manage another person’s assets.
Private first step
The first review is only to understand the context and whether the case appears technically treatable. Keep seed phrases, private keys, passwords, wallet files, and identity documents offline until a clear process is agreed.
