In-person assistance in Lugano

Inherited crypto? Understand it safely without giving up control.

CryptoRestore helps heirs and families understand, preserve, and handle digital assets. Your seed phrase is never revealed, shared, photographed, or sent. You perform every operation yourself, with calm technical guidance at your side.

No custody No remote control No seed disclosure

Start with what you found

You do not need to know the technical words yet.

Most clients arrive with an object, a note, an email, or a memory that someone in the family had crypto. The first step is not to “recover everything.” The first step is to understand what exists, what must be preserved, and what should not be touched.

Method

Slow enough to be safe. Clear enough to be useful.

Preserve

Do not rush into the device.

We identify what should be left untouched, copied, documented, or isolated before any attempt is made.

Review

Understand the material.

We separate hardware wallets, seed phrases, exchange accounts, wallet files, passwords, and estate documents.

Document

Create a technical record.

Where useful, we prepare notes that the client can share with their lawyer, fiduciary, accountant, or family.

Guide

The client performs the action.

Every click, confirmation, import, login, or transfer is performed by the client. CryptoRestore does not operate assets.

Stop or continue

Choose the next safe step.

If treatable, we guide the technical path. If it requires hardware attacks, legal action, exchange escalation, or tax advice, we stop and indicate the right specialist category.

Before you contact anyone

Do not send the sensitive material.

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet files, passwords, ID documents, or photos of recovery sheets by email, chat, form, Telegram, or WhatsApp.

The first conversation should describe the situation only: what kind of object or clue exists, who controls it, and what has already been tried.

Boundaries

The limits are part of the service.

We can help with

  • Understanding hardware wallets, seed phrases, exchange traces, and wallet files.
  • Preserving devices and notes before risky attempts.
  • Guiding direct owners or heirs through technical actions they perform themselves.
  • Preparing a clear technical summary for the client’s own advisers.

We do not do

  • We do not access third-party wallets, accounts, devices, or assets.
  • We do not take custody of funds, keys, seed phrases, or credentials.
  • We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
  • We do not promise recovery when the technical prerequisites are missing.

Who the session is for

Work happens with the person who controls the material.

CryptoRestore is not an intermediary for third-party assets. If a lawyer, fiduciary, executor, or family adviser is involved, they may coordinate with the client, but the technical session remains with the person who physically controls the device, seed phrase, account material, or wallet files.

Advisers can receive the client’s technical summary when the client chooses to share it. CryptoRestore does not act on discretionary instructions to access, move, sell, or manage another person’s assets.

Private first step

Describe what you found. Do not send the secret.

The first review is only to understand the context and whether the case appears technically treatable. Keep seed phrases, private keys, passwords, wallet files, and identity documents offline until a clear process is agreed.
